

ABOUT THE ROLE
Anderson College, Mississauga Campus is searching for a dedicated individual to join our faculty team as a Supply Chain and Logistics Instructor.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about their careers and training mature students to develop the necessary skills needed to successfully transition into entry-level positions in the field.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Instruct students in groups, using various teaching methods, such as lectures, discussions, and examples to support their learning ·
- Observe students to determine qualifications, limitations, abilities, interests, and other individual characteristics ·
- Establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects and communicate those objectives effectively to students ·
- Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students’ varying needs, abilities, and interests ·
- Prepare materials and classrooms for class activities in advance Instruct students in groups, using various teaching methods, such as lectures, discussions, and examples ·
- Provide clear, precise, and consistent direction and support to students
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Graduate of a related diploma or degree
- CIFFA Certified Instructor
- Relevant industry knowledge and at least 2 years of experience and extensive knowledge in the CIFFA-related modules and including ongoing professional development and continuous improvement
- Ability to teach content areas such as Microsoft word and Excel
- Advanced oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
- Previous teaching experience is considered an asset
