Back in the summer when I had to lock down my hair studio due to Covid, I knew I had to make some big changes for my future. I felt in my gut that it was time to change to something more secure and recession proof but I was nervous and not 100% sure of what I wanted to do, I had been in the hair industry for 28 years. I did know that I was interested in the medical field so when I researched the internet, Anderson College kept popping up and I found the online career quiz which then lead me to speaking with Judy. From the beginning, Judy was very helpful, informative about the different programs and most importantly she really supported me with my decision to take the MOA course. Once the initial intake was done with Judy, she passed me onto Carmen who helped me with all the financial information and OSAP application. She took the time to walk me through the application and make sure I had all the proper documentation together... she was so amazing and so friendly and helpful. I look forward to this year of school and all that there is to experience in the medical world as an MOA. Thank you again for making my experience a great one and I will recommend Anderson College to everyone!

Emigrating from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, I had a PhD in Immunology and had considerable research experience, but no Canadian experience. I did my research and selected the Medical Laboratory Technician program, so I could maintain a career in my area of expertise. I learned the rules and regulations governing work ethics in Canada and how to do things properly within the Medical Laboratory field. Anderson College taught me how to take my first steps in Canada and I thank the college and staff for their tireless efforts
