Social Media Marketing Specialist

In this role you blend your experience and passion for film and video production with your tech-savvy social media and marketing skills to expand audience reach, build online community, and develop brand awareness for organizations. You use your skills to identify social trends, use data-driven insights and creative flair to grow channels for companies, products, service, and offerings.

Content Creator

In this role you produce marketing copy to advertise products and services, write blog posts about industry-related topics and provide the wow-factor to drive interest, recognition, and action on social media and in response to promotional materials.

Video/Social Media/ Website Maintenance

Taking the social media specialist and content creation one step further you will, in addition, oversee day-to-day maintenance and administration of the website and ensure that the campaigns you’re driving on the marketing and social media side have the platform to initiate real and lasting impact.

Digital Communications Specialist

Managing and analyzing the effectiveness of media campaigns and digital presence, you ensure that the success of the ideas being developed by your colleagues and fellow creatives is being realized. You create engaging content to publish on various media outlets that highlight a company’s presence, programs and services.

Communications Assistant

In this role you help create and implement communications strategies and projects. You write and edit copy and communication materials, monitor and collect data, maintain databases and support your colleagues as you work together to put your company in the best possible light.

Administrative & Marketing Assistant

Providing support in handling phone calls, managing calendars and appointments, travel arrangements, schedules and meeting plans, you empower your team to succeed. You also use your stellar tech and communication skills as you prepare documents and presentations and put your video and digital production training to work.

Marketing Communications Coordinator

In this position, you coordinate and execute e-mail campaigns, projects, meet deadlines, follow tight timelines, and ensure uniformity of content/messaging and brand positioning. You also use your study of film making and apply all you learn in video production to help develop marketing collateral for projects and campaigns that aligns with brand standards.

Videographer

Utilizing the hands-on training you gleaned in college, you operate video cameras and related equipment in the production and editing of video documentaries, educational television programs, or other video productions such as sporting events or scouting videos. You transport and maintain equipment, keep inventory, and upkeep the studio and production sets and properties.

Photo Editor/Digital Technician

In this role you select artistically appealing photographs to accompany magazine articles and promotional communications and marketing pieces. You are adept at brainstorming creative concepts with editors, coordinating photography assignments, and obtaining copyright permissions. You may work with magazines, newspapers or other publications that utilize photography to deliver their message.

Motion Graphics Artist

Using visual design or video to communicate an idea concept or story, you make an impact with your creative and technical skill. To thrive in this role, you are creative and love to work solo but also appreciate collaboration, as you work closely with marketing and business teams to achieve workable designs and, ultimately, a successful product and/or promotional piece.

Film Administrative / Production / Assistant

In these foundational roles you are in the heart of the film and production action. You provide assistance on set for film, television or theatre, and may relay messages between crew members, run errands for directors and producers, and may print and distribute scripts. In production you may assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment. In these positions you are linked to everyone in the creative hub and so starting here can be a leg up to wherever you want to grow your career in the film and video production industry.
