Rafik R. 
Medical Laboratory Technician Program Chair

Dr. Ragheb, is a Clinical Scientist, Biochemist (CSCC) and AACC in USA, a licensed Medical Laboratory Technologist (CMLTO), and Faculty for Laboratory Medicine. He is a licensed health care professional practicing medical laboratory sciences as a practitioner through CMLTO/CSMLS since 1996 in Canada and abroad for more than 25 years. He also holds his status with the Ministry of Health (as a Medical Laboratory Director (Ontario Regulation 682, section 6 (1) class of Biochemistry (Feb, 1999)/ Ministry of Health- Laboratory Services Branch-Toronto).

In the academic field, he managed all academic functions at higher/post-secondary education, monitored and assessed student performance and involved in the implementation of curriculum and program site assessments. He has received a number of national and international awards. Dr. Ragheb is also conducting diagnostic research that links the inflammation with Diabetes and other metabolic disorders. Dr. Ragheb also serves the community of laboratory medicine at the level of college of medical laboratory technologists of Ontario (CMLTO) as CMLTO Statutory Committee Councillor Member: for the Inquiries, Complaints & reports Committee (ICRC), CSMLS for Practice Test Item Writing (For MLA/T) and strategic planning with OSMT in Ontario and across Canada.

Bardhyl V.
Medical Laboratory Technician Instructor

Bardhyl has been working as a Medical Laboratory Instructor since 2009. He is an OSMT certified and CSMLS member in good standing, Bardhyl is also a certified CPR and First- Aid instructor at St.John Ambulance.

Gina T.
Medical Office Assistant Instructor

Gina is a graduate of the Medical Office Administrator program at the Toronto School of Business. Her experience spans nearly 22 years which includes working as a Medical Office Administrator, Senior Medical Secretary and Medical Transcriptionist. Gina was the Lead Medical Office instructor before joining Anderson College.


Chandra S.
Intra Oral Dental Assistant Program Instructor

Chandra has more than 6 years of combined experience in teaching dental assisting in Canada and USA. Chandra’s teaching career expands in covering both the theoretical and clinical aspects of the dental field as well as managing the dental clinic. He likewise earned his MBA in Health Care Management from The University of Findlay.

Edward G.
Business Administration Instructor

Edward spent close to 15 years in the Hotel and Restaurant industry as a working chef. Taking on more education at DeVry and Ryerson gave him the opportunity to work for the corporate office of Bell Canada. Edward gained a Microsoft Masters Certificate in Office. He believes it is a privilege to have an opportunity to help students achieve their best and to guide them down a path to make them realize how much better their lives are with hard work and confidence.

Heather P.
Cardiology Technology Program Chair

Heather has over 25 years of experience in different aspects of Diagnostic Cardiology Services particularly in managing, testing, training and development. She has extensive experience managing, developing and training clinical staff, allied professionals, and students. Heather has always been regarded as an expert clinician, with exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational capabilities.

Sharee M.
PTA/ OTA Instructor

Sharee is presently an Elected Councilor of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario where she serves on several committees including the Inquiries, Complaints, and Reports Committee, and Chair of the Public Relations Committee. She has been working as a clinician for more than 20 years and has worked extensively in a variety of clinical and administrative settings including hospitals, long-term senior care, private, OHIP clinics, and in the community.


Dean B.
Business Administration Instructor

In his capacity as an educator, Dean has spent the last 10 years designing, developing and delivering courses in the School of Business, Hospitality & Tourism at Seneca College and Humber College. His courses cover subjects such as leadership, business communications, business principles, and sustainable and ethical business practices. Dean actively consults many small and medium-sized operations on business planning and strategic growth, sales and marketing, and human resource strategies.


Maggie L.
Esthetics Instructor

Maggie has over 15 years of experience in the esthetics Industry. She believes that in order to be successful in this profession, you must have courage to try different things as this will allow you to think differently in the ever-evolving beauty world.

Maggie graduated as an Esthetician in England and began her career in Europe working in various spas and salons. Maggie pursued an opportunity to travel while doing what she loved, working on a cruise ship providing a variety of esthetic services to travelers.

Maggie worked in prestigious spas around the city where she became a part of the management team. As a Manager, she was actively involved in the training and coaching of her team. The realization of this passion brought Maggie to Anderson College where she continues to share her expertise.

Monica C.
Personal Support Worker Program Instructor

Monica is a registered nurse with over 30 years of experience as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) and Registered Nurse (RN). Her expertise is in Community Nursing, Medicine and Psychiatry. Prior to joining Anderson College, Monica taught the PSW program at the Academy of Learning. In addition to nursing, Monica has years of experience in the Client Services field. She believes that putting the needs of the patient first and providing a safe space for patients are integral to the duties of a Personal Support Worker.

Monica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) from York University.

Raymond B.
Intra Oral Dental Assistant Program Instructor

Dr. Raymond C. Bucoy is a dentist from the Philippines and, for the last 22 years, he had been involved in academics that moulded him into a better administrator as well as an educator in Canada.He served various institutions and possesses first-hand knowledge and experience of the system and how it impacts the students and the quality of the professionals that it is designed to bring forth.

In 2008, he was chosen to be one of the 98 Clinical Practical Evaluators for the NDAEB (National Dental Assisting Examining Board), a credentialing body for dental assistants in Canada. The Dental Assisting Educators of Canada appointed him as their representative for non-accredited dental assisting programs in Canada to the NDAEB. Presently, he is the President of the NDAEB. The first Filipino and International candidate to hold a position on the Board of Directors and to be elected to an officer position.

Suseela J.
Cardiology Technologist Program Instructor

Suseela is a registered Cardiology Technologist and is a member of good standing with the Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists (CSCT) and the Ontario Society of Cardiology Technologists (OSCT). Prior to joining the cardiac field, Suseela has completed her Master of Science in Microbiology and has a wealth of professional experience in the medical field.

She graduated with Honours from her Cardiology Technologist Diploma Program and has experience working in cardio clinics and hospitals. Her passion is in teaching and honing students to become successful members of the healthcare field. 


Brigitte L.
Early Childcare Assistant Program Instructor

Brigitte has 15 years of experience working within childcare and childhood education. Before joining Anderson College, Brigitte worked in various childhood settings including in-home children tutoring, child facility education for varying ages, incorporating the Montessori philosophy as well as providing supervision to Early Childcare Assistants.

Brigitte’s education in Interior Design has complimented her passion by allowing her to create peaceful and calming child bedroom designs to stimulate development.

Brigitte is a Registered Early Childhood Educator (R.E.C.E) who is excited to share her knowledge and experiences with future field workers.

Shaeba R.
Physiotherapy Assistant Instructor

Shaeba started working as a Neuro Physician in 2000, specializing in Neurological Rehabilitation. He became more involved in Physiotherapy and grew more interested in it as he noticed the benefits to the patient, without the side effects of medication. Upon coming to Canada in 2004 he joined the University of Calgary and worked there for two years in neurophysiology.

He has worked as a PTA/OTA instructor for the last 11 years. He has found the treatment of patients rewarding, and found even more reward in stimulating the minds of students in health care.

Rania S.
Medical Laboratory Technician Instructor

Rania is a Medical Laboratory Technologist with over 15 years of experience within the medical profession. Rania’s focus and interests include complex chemical, hematological and microscopic testing. Her passion for the field has led her to the Anderson College Team where she can share her knowledge and expertise with aspiring medical professionals.

Rania is a current member of the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario (CMLTO) and the Canadian Society of Medical Laboratory Science (CSMLS).

Simona K.
Medical Laboratory Technician Instructor

Simona has been in the medical field since 1991 after successfully completing a Clinical Laboratory Sciences Diploma in her home country of Bulgaria. Simona held various roles in the hospital setting before immigrating to Canada. Simona, determined to continue her career in the medical profession, completed a Medical Laboratory Technician Diploma in 2002.

Her journey as an Instructor in the Medical Laboratory Technician program began in 2003 and she continues to share her knowledge with Anderson College students.

Cynthia M.
Immigration Consultant Instructor

Cynthia completed her Bachelor in Civil Engineering from the Philippines.  She has been teaching Immigration Law since July 2012 and helps graduates to pass the Full Skills Exam given by ICCRC. As a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, Cynthia has been in immigration practice for almost 10 years. She has successfully represented different nationalities before the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB).


Pina L.
Esthetics Instructor

Pina has over 18 years of experience in the Aesthetics industry.  She received her training from Lam’s School of Advanced Esthetics and Oncology Training International She has owned her own clinic for over 13 years (PT Skin Care Specialists) and has previous experience teaching at Seneca College in the Continuing Education Department. Pina works closely with her Students to equip them for the meticulous yet creative and exciting world of Aesthetics.


Orlando B.
Medical Laboratory Technician Instructor

Orlando is a certified Medical Laboratory Technician with the OSMT. Prior to joining the healthcare field, Orlando was a practicing Civil Engineer in the Philippines. He completed his Medical Laboratory Technician Diploma as a Valedictorian in 2012.

Orlando worked as a Research Lab Technician at Sunnybrook Hospital – Surgery Department. He has been an instructor for more than 4 years.

Howard S.
Immigration Consultant Instructor

Howard Stolovitsky is a member of the ICCRC and has been involved in the Canadian Immigration since 2010. He is passionate about teaching and working in the immigration field. He received his Bachelor Degree from Concordia University in Montreal, 1998.

Imtiaz A.
Immigration Consultant Instructor

Imtiaz Ahmad is a Licensed Paralegal and Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant. He is a member of good standing with the Law Society of Ontario (LSO) and the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). He is also a member of Ontario Paralegal Association (OPA) and the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).

Iam O.
Personal Support Worker Instructor

Iam is a registered practical nurse with expansive experience in the medical field. She mastered the demands of the medical workplace, and has key competencies in emergency medicine, psychiatric nursing , and has the exceptional ability to work with various levels of the medical team in order to provide effective patient-centered care.


Julio L.
Medical Laboratory Technician Instructor 

Julio, is a registered Medical Technologist with the College of Medical Technologist of Ontario (CMLTO), with the Canadian Society of Medical Laboratory Sciences (CSMLS), and with the Ontario Society of Medical Technologist (OSMT). Julio completed his medical laboratory sciences training at the Michener Institute for Applied Health Sciences in Toronto, Ontario. Julio has also been involved with the Canadian Medical Association (CMA) accreditation processes.

Scott Q.
Business Administration Instructor

Scott Quist has spent 25 years in the hospitality industry.  A graduate of UNLV’s Hospitality  Program, Purchasing manager (Radisson Inn Scottsdale),   Market Area Manager (Sizzler Restaurants International, both in Vancouver and Las Vegas), Managing Partner (Alta Sierra Golf and Country Club), General Manager (Milestone’s).  He has spent 16 years instructing and developing students in Hospitality and Business Programs at various private post-secondary schools.

Rita S.
Medical Laboratory Technician Instructor

Rita is a proud graduate of Michener Institute where she completed her Medical Laboratory Technology Diploma. Rita joins Anderson College with 17 years of experience working as a Medical Laboratory Technologist locally and abroad.

Rita is a member of the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario (CMLTO), Ontario Society of Medical Technologists (OSMT) and Canadian Society of Medical Laboratory Science (CSMLS).
